POSITION SUMMARY

The Marketing Director is responsible for the development, design, and production of all marketing materials meant for all required platforms, complete project management of website development, enforcing brand cohesion throughout the organization, and the oversight of an efficient procurement system. To be successful, one must be innovative, creative, a strong leader, highly organized, and sales minded.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

· Make decisions daily that ensure both efficiency and creative quality.

· Works closely with current external creative partners and development of new partners to deliver high quality, strategically sound results.

· Collaborate with sales and procurement for cohesion.

· Develop, refine, and maintain new and fresh branding visuals across all platforms led with data.

· Collaborate with leadership team in the development of new campaigns, new products, new ventures, and new opportunities ensuring brand alignment.

· Manage business partner relationships / contractors in all developmental aspects of design and functionality.

· Implement structure to ensure high quality delivery of the company’s reputation and brand.

· Provide guidance and leadership over procurement processes and strategies across all channels of purchasing.

· Work in collaboration with inventory leadership to reduce overall expenses while increasing sales by monitoring organizational needs.

· Ensure compliance with state and federal health and safety requirements.

· Perform other tasks as directed.

SKILLS & ABILITIES

Experience: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, or related field. 5 years of marketing management experience.

Technology: Experience with Shopify required. Basic computer skills, proficiency in creative program(s) (Photoshop, Illustrator, In-Design) and Apple products

Pay: $90,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
